Adding an additional deal to a company at a later stage

Résolue

Sometimes I sign a client up to a recurring revenue stream who will then come back and take more areas as a new deal.  What is the best way to report this?

In my old CRM I would create a new deal under the same company and call it XXX - additional deal but it gets a bit messy sometimes.

Is there a more efficient way to do it in Hubspot?

Would a new Deal automatically attach to the company?

Also - How do people best deal with returning clients that once churned?  So they were in Deals Won, then they left, now they are returning.

Adding an additional deal to a company at a later stage

Hi @PhillPrince,

Thanks for reaching out.

It is possible to add additional deals directly through the company record which automatically will be associated with the company.

This article might be a good starting point for you.

Take care!

Jess
