Activity Stream Didn't Show Tracked/any Email

Hi, I currently using HubSpot Sales for tracking emails activity whether it open, not clicked, etc- It is a great feature!

As seen on the tutorial, whenever I need the record of all tracked email I just have to simply click on Notification menu, right?

But the issue is my Activity Stream didn't show any email. Is it because I'm using the free version? Can you help me find where I see the history of those tracked email I've sent?Screenshot_12.jpg

@Megs_ can you confirm if you have yet set up your HubSpot CRM to track emails you send via your email client (be that Outlook or Gmail)?

Hello,

I have a similar problem. When I send the email from HubSpot account, I see the history in the contact activities. Everything is fine. 

But if I use connected Gmail, I check "log" and 'track' when I sending my email. Afterward, I see the activities only in 'All activities'. I can not see them if I open the contact. 

@roisinkirby Please help me
