Activity Report on a List?

Hello,

We need to track activity on a certain list of Contacts. I was hoping I could import the list and run a report that will give me the activities for all contacts associated but I can't see where I can do that. Does anyone have a suggestion? Should I create a Campaign and associate the list? Will I be able to report on activities associated with the list of Contacts? Trying to solve what seems like an easy issue but can't seem to figure it out. I could create a custom activity drop down and track that way but I want to avoid that since this "inside sales" campaign will only be for about a year. Thanks

Hi @SComeau , this can be done using a custom contacts report. Select the activities you'd like to show within the report and then within the filters tab, select list membership and it'll only be the activies for those contacts you report on.
