Is there away to download all my activity through out the day. I work from home and right now have a spreadsheet of every contact I spoke with and every task I completed that I submit to my boss. This CRM is great but now Im doing double the input.

Hi @MobileAuto, thanks for your question. I'm sure you know that you can view all of your recent activity information in your CRM dashboard, under the "Productivity" card. However, as of now, you cannot export this information from the CRM, though this is definitely something we're working on.  

One good way of getting this information from your CRM is by using the "Last Activity Date" property. This property allows you to see the last time a note, call, email, meeting, or task was logged for a contact. In this scenario, you could create a view based on "Last Activity Date is equal to Today", to find all of the contacts for whom you performed an activity on that day, and then export those contacts. Though it doesn't correspond to your request exactly, I hope that this suggestion is helpful. In addition, I would definitely suggest that you post about your wish to export Dashboard information on the Ideas board here in the Community, including your particular use case, as this is a great way to let our developers know about the features that our customers would find most useful.

I want to share our struggle here. 

Email is one example that we were trying to backup here and already facing limitations, but we need this to all activities types.
 
We need for Task, Calls, Meeting, Email, Note, at least this:

Who and What is Related (Contacts[e-mail], Deals, Companies and Tickets).
Subjects.
Contents.

We feel vulnerable here, we can not even maintain a local security backup,  on our point of view it is a critical fail.

If you have a web developer they will be able to help you get all engagements using an API. The documentation on this can be found here.

I found a similar post in our idea forum which I would encourage you to upvote. Our product team, who monitors the forum regularly, can read your specific use case and understand why this would be a useful functionality or change. It also helps other customers facing the same issue to advocate for its implementation on your behalf by upvoting on the thread as well.

Would that report include busy signals, wrong numbers, etc if you selected that as the call outcome?

I can help with this question! You can see all calls that were made via HubSpot in the Team Activity report (Reports > Dashboards), including "Busy" & other call outcomes:

Based on complaints going back 6 years about Hubspot CRM missing the most rudementary function for ALL CRM's, Last Activty and the Type such as Call, there's no point in requesting. I think we should all just recommend our companies cancel Hubspot and go back to Salesforce.

Has Hubspot added the ability to export the activity page from deals contacts or companies? I don't get why this isn't possible

At the moment there is not a way to export all of this activity data on a contact, deal/company.

If you have a web developer they will be able to help you get all engagements using an API, documentation can be found here.

While it is still the same status with not being able to export logged activities into CSV with a native tool it is possible to export all completed task into a CSV using a third - party solution Import2 Wizard.

1. You set up a connection on Wizard UI connecting your Hubspot account and choosing a record type to export: Tasks
2. Configure export, filtering set up and choosing which fields to include in the export and download CSV:  you can select to export only completed tasks

HubSpot lacks in the ability to export reports of activities. However, if you are logging meetings, calls, tasks and emails you could just have your boss look at your day in the Sales Dashboard, which would show how many activities you completed for the chosen time period.

So Hubspot said in a community thread, in 2016(!), that they are working on a way to export/import activities.

But it looks like there's nothing available in that sense yet.

We need to move all of our data from one hubspot account to another, and we are stuck!

Hi @MayPascaud - Does hubspot have this ability to download yet? Just checking in as this post was in 2016, so maybe it's available and it would be really good to have as I would like to summarise and sort activity notes etc.

Is it now possible to run a report on last sales activity note content from hubspot for each of my contacts? eg you can see the last activity date and what that is in a binary way, but the content of the associated comment adds context and aids productivity.

Many of the competitor systems have this and it would be very useful as a field to have for reviewing in meetings.
