By streamlining administrative burdens, transforming how reps capture insights, and organizing their day, these must-have solutions are redefining what’s possible in every stage of the sales process.

You can interact with this card by asking questions to get quick clarification, request more details, or resolve uncertainties about the information shown on the record.

2. Guided Actions in the Sales Workspace

 

 

The sales workspace helps Sales Reps efficiently manage their daily workload in HubSpot, all from one place. Within the workspace, there are intelligent, AI-powered guided actions that automatically surface relevant recommendations and tasks for reps to work more efficiently and stay on top of every engagement. 

 

Think of it as a built-in coach: surfacing what to do next, which tasks to prioritize, and best practices based on your pipeline, customer engagement data, and previous outcomes. These guided actions include:

 

  • Work on newly assigned prospects

  • Reply awaiting emails

Insights bring together data from up to the past 100 interactions, such as meetings, calls, emails, notes, and transcripts. Providing one-click visibility into what matters most, helping you move deals forward faster.

 

Deal Insights are categorized into four key insights: 

  • Recent Activity:  A summary of the five most recent activities tied to the deal, along with quick links to view each activity. For meetings or calls, you can see AI-generated conversation summaries.
  • Risks: Alerts about potential concerns, such as decreased deal score, buyer uncertainty, or lack of scheduled follow-up. Clicking on a specific risk links you to the supporting activity.
  • Buyer Goals: Clearly highlights the customer’s business objectives, ensuring reps stay aligned with buyer needs throughout the process.
  • Company Research Insights: Pulls in company-level information (news, competitors, tech stack) from third-party sources to better inform deal strategy.
