Hi Hubspot, my account was hacked on feb 4rth of 2024 and you automatically upgraded my acount and charged me $2300. I have been trying to work with billing and customer service to no avail. I have emails acknowledging the refund but they state their system will not allow them to process it. I disputed with my credit card thinking it was a closed issue until Hubspot came back and denied my dispute. I would like resolution asap.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I see that the process is still ongoing with the billing team, and they assure in their communications that they are still working on the process to achieve this refund. I recommend that you continue communication with them as they are the ones who have all the information and can internally review all the data that we do not have access to from the community.
Hi Diana, thank you for your response. I actually don't have a person that I'm talking to. I've been back and forth between contracts and billing so the issue is not resolved. This is going on since Feb and Hubspot told my credit card to deny my dispute after they acknowledged me needing the refund.
