Web page customer survey problems

I have multiple products and I'm looking to set up web page customer satisfaction surveys on each web app product. Once I get to the targeting page, I was expecting to see an API that I can integrate into my digital product, but it looks like it's going off URLs... which is fine


However, I feel a bit confused because when I see the option "When website URL is all pages"... I'm not given the option to enter a URL... so I'm not sure how this particular option knows what web application it would even be giving a survey to. Is that set up somewhere else in the HubSpot app?

if you click on the "is all pages" dropdown, you should see different options to allow you to set the URL parameters.
