Hello, We use Hubspot in our company and are doing some surveys through Hubspot. Now we want to create an NPS survey, but we need this survey to be inside our product, we need an option that we can publish them by URL and configure them as well. Does Hubspot have this feature?

We'll investigate whether the suggested option suits us, otherwise we'll see how to possibly proceed with an integrated partner service

Hey @RKazlauskas, good question! Looking at HubSpot's support article for customer satisfaction surveys, you can distribute emails through:

1. Email
2. Chat
3. A web page that has the HubSpot tracking code installed

However, it doesn't look like you're able to generate a standalone URL where the survey can be accessed. Here's what you could do instead:

1. Create a landing page in HubSpot and set the survey to appear on that landing page
2. Create a landing page in HubSpot and use a chatbot to deliver the survey
3. Collect the user's email address inside your product, get that info into HubSpot, and send them the survey
