Survey Questions' Triggers

Hi, 

Could you help me set up triggers for custom survey feedback?

In my case,

The question 1 asks user, 'Have they contacted our support team recently?' The answer is 'Yes/No.'

If the user answers 'No,' we shouldn't show question 2, 'How would you rate overall experience?'. If "Yes", we should ask question 2. 

I searched on Google and other resources, but I couldn't find the answer.

My current solution is: I made the question not required to answer, and added help text: 'Skip if your answer is no.'

There must be a different option for triggering the next question based on the previous answer.

Your help would be very helpful.
