would be great to have the opportunity to ask prospects / customers answering our survey more detailed in a following question which pops up right at the moment they rate with a certain scale.
For e.g. we would like to ask more detailed if the prospect rates on a scale 1 (bad) to 5 (excellent) with 3 or worse, why that or what is the reason for the rating.
If the prospect answers with 4 or 5, there should nothing pop up and the survey should go on.
Would be great to get more insights for improvement.
