Service Hub -Pin a Ticket

SOLVE

As I am working through tickets in the Tickets and List View, I would like to pin tickets of importance to the top or side of the window, so I can return to them.

Browser Bookmarks & History do not work well for this because they are managed external to HubSpot and can be mixed together with other entries. This solution should be internal to Hubspot.

 

When a Ticket is pinned, it can be shrunk to a smaller card in a row or column, so it does not take make much room and grouped at the top or side of the Window.

Some other nice ideas would be a Pushpin, Star or Checkmark designating that the Card is pinned.
A button to create a Task from the pinned note for follow-up would also be good, or an option to create a follow-up Task when pinning the note.
