Sending out a survey when deal moves from one stage to another?

Hi!

Does anyone know if it's possible to send out a survey that is triggered when a deal moves from one stage to another - for example from onboarding to ongoing or from ongoing to closed/lost?

Hey @LÅsehällSyver you can do this in custom, satisfaction and loyalty surveys. 
If you navigate to recipients you want to "start from scratch", where you can set this to trigger based on an associated deal moving to the deal stage you wish!

Thank you for your reply. This is exactly where I get stuck 😅 I start from scratch with the list, but then I don't understand what criteria I should choose that triggers the survey to go out when the deal moves from one stage to another?

Hey @LÅsehällSyver Realistically it's not "moving from one to another" what you want to do is trigger it when it becomes a specific deal stage. So for example if you have a "closed won" deal stage, you want the same filter as my screenshot above, but set the trigger as "deal stage is closed won"
