Send conversational email in workflows for support

Please allow us to send email reponses in the "workflows" beyond "open" and "closed" for conversational/transactional emails. We have other ticket stages that need to be automated (i.e. stale and zombie tickets our cutomers have not replied to). Manually triggering support ticket emails is not going to be efficient or fun for our reps. The only way to do this is to use Hubsport for marketring and that is not what we signed up for. We signed up for a support tool that is forceing us into an upsell that shold not exist for transactional/conversational support related emails.
