When using rating scale questions, I sometimes find it helpful to use N/A as a potential answer so that my results aren't skewed by those who are unqualified to answer a particular question. I don't see this being offered by HubSpot. Why not? Is there a workaround?
It's true that in "sentiment" type questions there's no N/A option. Whether it's a scale of 1-10, or the happy/neuteal/mad face, I don't see how N/A would fit in. However, when you create a custom feeback property, you should be able to add custom answers (like in the raido button questions). That may help get you to where you're going. It all depends, as @BérangèreL mentioned, which survey you're talking about specifically.
Cheers!

Agree - we're putting together a custom feedback survey now with rating scales and I noticed there are no N/A options to add to each question. I'd rather give users the option to reply N/A vs not making the question required.

So that we can help you the best we can, could you please tell us which type of survey you are using, please? Is that a CSAT survey? A Customer Effort Score survey? Or a NPS survey?
I'd be happy to put you in touch with some of our Top Experts on the matter: Hi @Josh, @danmoyle and @Bryantworks do you have suggestions to help @DMurray38, please?
