Problem with feedback survey on mobile device


The mobile version of our survey confuses customers. The problem is that the scala (last picture) becomes a drop-down, but the definitions (“0 – not satisfied at all” and “10 – very satisfied”) get lost.


I think it would be great to have more styling options for this, so that customers know what 0 and 10 mean and we end up getting quality data from their responses.

 I tried creating a survey and I sent a test email to myself and I can see the option on 0 and 10 of ‘Not likely’ and ‘Most likely’ respectively in my persona;l mobile phone.

there might be a bug. please try it again in a different browser, or after refreshing. This might help.
