'Oh no. Something happened' error when previewing survey

I created a survey (link survey) within Hubspot. I've saved and published the survey. When I attempted to preview the survey, I get an error:

Any ideas on what to do?

The same problem with us. Often also with live published surveys. We have tried as best we can to find out where and when the problem occurs. However, there seems to be hardly any regularity and it is probably related to the visitor of the website / survey.

'Oh no. Something happened' error when previewing survey

Hi @JJohnston6 and @GHume-Cook

I hope you are having a great day!

On certain occasions, I have observed that this error occurs when the VPN is activated. In some cases, the system associates that IP with bots, potentially leading to the error. To confirm if this is the reason, could you kindly deactivate the VPN, if enabled, to see if this resolves the issue?

Best,

Diana

Hey! The problem continues across multiple browsers and a cleared cache.

Hi @JJohnston6. it's difficult to know with this capture, maybe it's your browser has a cache problem, or you have been active into browser translate which sometimes makes conflicts with Hubspot. Please try with another browser and check if the problem continues...

Let me know if works, regards. ✌️
