Mac Air and Outlook

Using Mac book Air, Outlook and Hubspot is making my Mac very slow.  I need to re-start several times a day to get rid of the spinning wheel...

I also have regular Outlook crashes and mails are not saved to draft.

It feels like 3 systems in conflict - any ideas please?

I think this slowness is just because may be you are using so many plugins in the website  because same happened with me last year and the issue was also same as I mentioned.
