Link deal to CSAT survey

Hi HubSpot Community,

When a deal in our eCommerce pipeline is shipped, we send out a CSAT survey. The CSAT tool does not link the deal and survey so when a customer who has a few recently shipped deals returns a survey, we cannot match the response to the relevant deal.

Does anyone know of a workaround or a 3rd party plugin that can link a deal to the survey?

Was your problem also the inability to figure out which deal the survey response is referring to? Did you manage to find a solution that you can share with us?
