Feedback Surveys - Reply & Comment Bug

I can't respond to Feedback Surveys. When you select a Feedback Submission, you can Write Reply and Comment. Now, when I click on them they do nothing. I checked with my Admin and they don't know what's causing the issue. I tried to reply in an Incognito window and I couldn't reply or comment.
