FWD and BCC mails do not arrive?

Hello dear HubSpoter,

I've just set up the HubSpot pipeline and I'm testing the system for our company.

When sending emails I tried to get the messages by setting the BCC and FWD mails from Hubspot.

Unfortunately the messages don't arrive at Hubspot or I simply can't find them.

Please answer the following questions:
1. is there some kind of notification from Hubspot that someone has sent a mail to the system?
2. we use Mac mail software. Does something have to be configured in the mails for it to work? Are there any known problems?

I will answer your questions as follow:

 

1. What do you mean by some kind of notification from Hubspot that someone has sent a mail to the system? Are you referring to when a User has sent the email to the system? 

2. Are you following the steps are explained here
