Edit NPS question

Currently the question on the NPS survey is not editable. It is " How likely is it that you would recommend **** to a friend or colleague? "

For our product, family will also be considered as referrals. We'd like to add family to the quesrtion. Or Just make this question itself editable ? Thanks.

Currently the text within the question on the Customer Loyalty Survey can't be customized. For a full explanation of what can be customized, I wanted to share this article with you.

If you would like to see this implemented in the future, I would recommend creating an idea on our ideas forum. The more detail, use cases, and examples you can provide, the better!

Hi, its very disappointing to have a survey that can only include 1 question, Hubspot is a very powerful platform but this survey.... Big no no

In German it is only available in the Courtesy Form. But not all Companies still talk to their clients in that way. We would like to change the polite form into a more personal "You" form.
