Would be geat to be able to exclude certain users from receiving the customer survey. Eg internal users or users with a specific email domain.

Hi @aragon023 thanks for the tips !
Do you know if we can do the same thing with CES survey.
The CES survey does not show this option :
I can only choose a pipeline.
Thanks
Nicolas

Hi @NicolasChoupin! Unfortunately, it isn't possible at the moment due to the way CES surveys are configured. It is good feedback for our product team.

Hi @ValerieL you should be able to do this by using in each survey under the Recipients tab the criteria excluding the email domains. You will have to use the contact property "email" and then select doesn't contain any of @nameofdomaintoexclude (ex:@hubspot.com). This solution will also help you exclude from the criteria internal users, by adding the domain from your company. I hope this helps.

Hi Valerie,
On my side, I also use hubspot service for internal support, but this is segmented using pipelines, My internal support is on a dedicated pipeline. So I can ensure that I send CES survey only to "real" customers.
I hope this could help
Nicolas
