Character Limitations on CSAT Surveys

Why are there character count limitations on the CSAT Customer Support Survey builder?

40 character limit for Greeting
140 character limit for Feedback follow-up questions
150 character limit for Thank You Body Text

This seems like an unnecessary limitation for an organization to be able to express gratitude for their customers completing the CSAT survey flow.

I think this blog article it would be a good point to start. Based on our experts and multiple investigations, we think is best to keep things nice and simple. 

 

If you would like to send a longer message you could send a follow-up email to express gratitude for completing the CSAT survey using the Automation tab in the builder based on their score. You can find here more information regarding this functionality. 

 

If you would like to see this implemented in the future, I would recommend creating an idea in our Ideas forum to ensure this feature request is seen by our product team.
