Can't seem to enroll from Salesforce Campaign ID in NPS survey but the option exists

I'm trying to set up an NPS survey to trigger off of Salesforce campaign membership. 


Under the Recipients tab in the survey, I chose Start from scratch, then Contact property


I then selected Salesforce Campaign IDs and the is any of option. 


It doesn't matter if I type in the campaign name or the campaign ID number, nothing populates and I'm unable to move forward. 


Is there a step I'm missing, did I choose the wrong option, or how do I resolve this?

Can you first make sure HubSpot is indeed tracking the Sales Force campaign ID? If so, try contains any of instead of equals any of. Copy and paste the campaign IDs to make sure not a single character is out of place. If this does not work, reach back out and I can try to brainstorm some more ideas.
