CSAT embedded in signature

Hi guys,

I would like to add CSAT surveys within the very resolution mail and not send a mail after the resolution mail has been closed. I was thinking of an embedded code within the signature for example.

Is that possible? Is this a feature you are working on?

Hi @CecileMJ 

From experience I would not embed CSAT into the signature.

Delivery of surveys contained in email are highly unreliable across many email clients. The better approach would be make a image CTA and include it in your email (that is linked to the CSAT survey you have built. )

Step 1: Create CTA 

 

Step 2: Link it with CSAT form

Step 3: Include in email

Can I ask about step 2?
How exactly can we link CTA with CSAT form?
This option cannot be selected in the CTA settings and CSAT form doesn't even have its own universal link or does it?

Thanks Stjepan but, in my case, I don't have the option to create CTAs with
my plan. I have the Hubspot for startups plan and I am looking for an
alternative to send CSAT surveys via mail as I would like to embed them in
any way in my mail
