I am looking for some way to send a single email that contains both a CSAT survey, and a CTA, or at least an image with a link.
We schedule appointments for our customers at our retail partners. After these appointments have come and gone, we want to gather feedback about the customer's experience. However, we also get quite a few no shows, and want to be able to recover those before they become lost leads, which is made more complicated by the fact that we rarely know which customers actually showed up unless they tell us. And we also need this to be easy, intuitive, and unintrusive. I want a customer to be able to find what they need in a single glance, and get the bare minimum information we need with just one click.
In order to accomplish this, I want to send a single email that contains both the CSAT survey and a CTA in the form of a "Reschedule" button. Unfortunately, I don't see any way to put the CTA in a standard CSAT email, custom surveys don't seem to be able to be have the responses inside the email, and I don't see any way to embed the survey in a marketing email.
Is there any way I can accomplish this with the actual feedback survey? Or is my only option to buld my own survey out of CTAs and forms?
The CSAT emails are not really editable outside of basic text changes. I've built my own emails that when click, auto-fill a form with their response. It's essentially the same mockup as HubSpot, but each face takes them to a form that's prepopulated with their (hidden response). From there, they can tell us what they loved, what needs improvement, or how we can help. For those that don't submit, we track the HTML heat maps in the email itself.

That's essentially the solution I had originally planned to use. But since we just upgraded our service subscription and unlocked feedback surveys, I was hoping I could utilize the built in surveys instead. But I guess not.
