Blog navigation not displaying correctly

The navigation menu on in the yellow banner at the top of my screen does not display correctly on my laptop nor is the Title on the featured image clickable. Can anyone help? 

On other laptops, it displays like this?

I'm using Chrome and the same issue happened on Firefox. My laptop specs:
