Hi HubSpot Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I'm currently exploring ways to optimize our customer service processes using HubSpot, and I would greatly appreciate insights and recommendations from those with experience. Specifically, I'm interested in learning about best practices for managing customer interactions, leveraging automation for support tasks, and any tips for enhancing overall efficiency within the HubSpot platform.

If you have successfully implemented customer service strategies on HubSpot or have valuable insights to share, please feel free to reply or direct me to relevant resources. Your expertise is highly valued, and I look forward to hearing from the HubSpot community.

Thank you in advance!

Hi Peter,
I highly suggest you look into using HubSpot's Knowledge Base software.
Basically the knowledge base's goal is to help the customers help themselves.

Hi @OliviaReed3 and thanks for your contribution to the HubSpot Community!

Could you please share more details on how this app addresses a specific gap or challenge you’ve encountered with HubSpot’s customer agent? If possible, screenshots or examples would be really helpful for other Community Members to better understand how it works and how it can add value.

Also, @jackpeter2, have you had a chance to try Breeze Customer Agent? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Hello Peter! My name is Iman and I am the founder of Castofly, which helps customer success teams instantly create step-by-step instructions and video demos. One of the main challenges we identified is the creation of these guides for the end users. Manual documentation is pretty time-consuming, and automation can be a game-changer here. We recently integrated our technology with HubSpot, enabling teams to create documentation using AI and export it as an article in HubSpot. Here is a quick demo:

If this adds value to your workflow, I'd be happy to jump on a call and discuss it further.

Cheers,

Iman
