All Contacts Lost

I have done some reading and have learned that I lost all of my contacts due to inactivity. However, looking through my inbox, i never receieved this email. 

Is there any way I can talk to a person about how to get my contact recovered?

Hi @SRawson,

According to this page, "Free accounts will be deactivated after 120 days of inactivity. This includes not logging in or using the HubSpot Sales extension. You then have 90 days to reactivate the account before its purged and can't be recovered. After 90 days of account inactivity, HubSpot will send you an email with a Sign in link to keep your account active"
