Suggested template refinements

I feel the following need to be added to the template editor/creator:

• Auto suppress address2 if blank/Null
• Add the ability to add a "Ship To" address module based on a custom object or custom properties on Company Record
• Ability to insert Contact Full Name as displayed in the associated contact record into the the Printed Name field for quotes requiring a Print Signature
• Ability to drag/drop/resize boxes
