Reporting comments issue in "Minimal" template

The "Minimal" template does not show written comments to buyer or written purchase terms in quote preview or created quote.

Writing this on behalf of customer, Angela Maness of Hotsy Equipment. Angela has built all of her custom quotes off of the "minimal" quote template, so none of her quotes (12+) have written comment to buyer or purchase terms appear in the quote previewer or when the quote is created. Is this a known issue and if so, how should she proceed? Thank you!

Make sure that you use Personalization Token in the Quote template, see the screenshot
