Published sales quote links suddenly 404

Does anyone know if there was a recent DNS or URL update for HubSpot Sales Quotes on Jul 1? I have a client saying the functionality has changed and published quote links they sent out now have 404 errors.

If the quote was never reclaimed and edited, how could there be a 404?

I had the same. Client sent out quotes but many of them resulted in 404 broken links. Only way to rectify this was to recall the quotes and then republish them with the same slug.
