How to customize quote template

Hi, where in HubSpot do I find the function "Customize Quote Template"? I have some Terms and Conditions and more I want the inetire team to always have in all our quotes.

If you have access to Custom Quote Template Beta you can customize it in many ways. For example, you can make a child HTML template or build your own one. After you can use HS Settings -> Products & quotes -> Customized quote templates and customize everything that you want using your HTML template

Still no access to  Custom Quote Template Beta (to my knowledge). Pending approval from HubSpot.
