Date in personalization token showing in wrong format

Hello 

I hope someone can please help.

I'm using a token which as per below - which is a property which comes from a date picker:

However when I generate a quote the date looks like this (Which I believe is in UNIX timestamp format).

Anyone have any ideas how to get this to display a dd/mm/yy format?

As it's done through a token I can't seem to find any code which I can tinker with here either.

Any Ideas greatly appreciated.
