The timezone doesn't match in the chat settings and in the general settings

Hi,

I'm setting up my chat preferences.

In "Availability > During working hours" the timezone is different as I have configured in general settings and I cannot change it:

• Chat settings: Africa/Abidjan
• General settings: Greenwich

Can you help me with this?

Hi @erubianes !

If you have a suscription plan, I highly recommend you contact the support team.  It might be a bug? There's a purple bubble in the bottom right corner that says help. It's the greatest suppor team EVER.

If you have just made the change, I recommend you wait a little bit to see that it updates.

He estado revisando y puedo ver que Africa/Adidjan es la misma zona horaria de Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) por lo que está correctamente configurado.

Hola, yo tengo el Hubspot Free y no veo esas opciones para configurar la zona horaria de mi cuenta. Es bastante confuso porque a la hora de programar correos, lo hace por defecto en UTC-5, y tengo que calcular manualmente la hora a la que los quiero enviar en GMT+1. ¿Esta opción de configurar mi zona horaria preferida no está en la cuenta gratuita? Según he leído en el foro de soporte, debería estarlo, pero las capturas que aparecen ahí no coinciden con lo que yo veo. Gracias por anticipado.
