Viewing lead flow submissions by month?

SOLVE

I'd like to get an idea of how users filled out a lead flow each month, but that doesn't seem possible because the lead flows section only shows Created Date (of the entire contact) not the date of the lead flow submission.

For example, there are "lead flow submissions" in months before the lead flow was even created. That is because Hubspot is showing the contact create date of users who filled out the lead flow.

Is there a way to view how many lead flow submissions happened in a month?

Viewing lead flow submissions by month?

SOLVE

Hi @StephenRoda

If that's what I wanted to know, I'd go to Contacts and do the following:

  • Click Add Filter>First Convestion Date=Last Month
  • Click Add Filter>First Conversioin is Exactly (The name of your lead flow).

You could also use recent conversion and recent conversion date instead if you want to to know who converted, rather than new leads created.

Does that help?
