If it’s a true landing page, we strongly reoommend a single form, because you want to focus the visitor on converting on ONE form, not present them with multiple options. Analysis paralysis can lead to bouncing from the page, which is why we recommend removing the main nav and any other links from an LP.
On the other hand, if it’s just a home page or something, and you want a form at the top but a blog subscription form at the bottom, that would be reasonable.
