Collected Form not recognising my form (Wordpress/Contact form 7)

Hi

I'm new to Hubspot free and my sign up form is not being recognised by Hubspot collected forms. 

The Hubspot plugin is installed and the form is inside a form tag. I don't believe there's any javascript associated with it, its not in an iframe, it loads immediately and rthere are no sensitive fields.

If anyone could look at https://pourcount.com and give me any advice, I'd be really grateful. 

I'm using the Foundry theme/WP Bakery Page Builder/Contact Form 7, if it helps.

EDIT. It is working. I expected to see the form on the list before I submitted a contact. It iis working
