Hi @moty0901 The default form notification is not editable at this time, so it is not possible for you to add the IP Address. If you create a workflow however to send an additional notifcation of a form submit, you can add IP Address info via personalization token. Just be sure to build a delay of about 15 minutes between submission and send, so that all the meta info populates correctly.

Short A: The IP address information you're looking for is already added (when available) to a default HubSpot contact property named 'IP address'. (see image)

I'm thinking it's not possible to include IP in a form since the IP is pulled after the user submits the form. Getting the IP to show up in the email notification (along with the other submitted info) is the problem.
