We use Weblow as out CMS and have installed the tracking code on all pages and checked for the 200 OK response. I do see however, that HubSpot will not track visitor behavior until the user consents to cookies.
We have a cookie consent banner, but that's configured in Webflow.
So my question is, can HubSpot know if a visitor has consented to cookies and track behavior when an external cookie consent banner is used? If not, does this mean we have to only install the HubSPot cookie consent banner on our Webflow cms to enable tracking?
I've read every article I could find but don't see this confirmed anywhere and we're unable to figure out exactly why we aren't getting any tracking data through.
Hey @VIyengar no HubSpot will not automatically detect any external cookie banners and not drop a cookie. You would need to integrate your HubSpot tracking code with your cookie banner or use the HubSpot cookie banner. There's a post with some more info which might help here.

Thanks @TomM2 makes sense and we should probably just implement the HubSpot cookie banner and nothing else to make life easier.
Would you know if it works any differently with forms? E.g. if we continue using the Webflow cookie consent banner but HubSpot forms, when a visitor submits a form, does the HubSpot cookie get triggered? If yes, is there some type of consent we need to add within the form?
You may refre to the HubSpot Knowlegde base article- article link helpful, but I would suggest consulting with weblow team if they can provide a solution as your page is hosted on their CMS but if you don't find any solution then you need to use HubSpot consent banner.
