Summarizing common terms from a custom multi-line text property
Résolue
Hi,
In my HubSpot environment, I have a custom multi-line property that captures the areas of interest from people who have submitted a form.
I can report on the most recent areas of interest submitted e.g. over 7 days. I was wondering if it was possible for HubSpot to produce a report on the most prominent terms from all time?
This would be of great help to our marketing efforts.

Hi @WFoster! Cool idea! This might not be exact but I think you can get there. I'm pulling from my multi-line "Message" field which I use as a general dump all. So, my data isn't great. But yours might be better if your terms are more consistent.
Here's my setup in a custom report:
I'm pulling in Contacts and Message. Then Filtering the Message field on certain terms which seem to then distribute themselves in the pie chart. Hope that gets you started in a good direction.
