SEO Recommendations problem

Using the SEO tool to scan our site hosted on HubSpot with a template we developed ourselves is throwing a recommendation for Make sure the page width matches the viewport width without saying why.

Google's own page speed insights test for the flagged pages doesn't throw the same recommendation and it's limited to our blog post and blog author pages rather than every page so I'm guessing we have an error in our template somewhere. 

Has anyone come across the same recommendation and found a tool to highlight the problem on the page?

Did you have any update to this topic? We had the same issue with one of 35 pages. Everypage shared the same base.html and in the base.html we include the standard header.
