SEO Crawler Not Working, Translation Missing For Error Message

New to Hubspot so I may not be posting in the right place.

Basically, I'm getting a CreateCrawlSeedErrorNotification, but a non-coding user would have no idea what the contents of the CreateCrawlSeedError are because the translation for said notification doesn't exist.

To get this error, I:

1. Went to my Hubspot dashboard

2. Navigated to the SEO page link under the Marketing dropdown

3. Clicked the 'Scan new URL' button on the SEO page

4. Typed 'google.com' in the 'Scan new URL' modal and clicked 'Scan URL'

Expected:

The page is scanned or an informative error message is displayed.

Actual:

An error is displayed that translations are missing for the "en-us.CreateCrawlSeedErrorNotification.undefined.title" and the "en-us.CreateCrawlSeedErrorNotification.undefined.title"

Here's the response from the https://api.hubspot.com/optimizations/v2/crawl-seeds route, which casts doubt on my permissions:

}
"status": "error",
"message": "This app-cookie does not have proper permissions! (requires all of [seo-recommendations-home-write])",
"correlationId": "ea4e15ff-699d-4877-869c-39a4a3febe44"
}

If the underlying issue here is that I don't have permissions, I would additionally expect the SEO link to reroute to an upgrade page like those corresponding to other paid packages.
