I want to set realistic Lead Conversion goals for my website but I'm not using paid ads only organic marketing on YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.

What are realistic Lead Conversion goals I should set for this new website using organic marketing?

My website would be marketing "Digital Product (courses creation) Coaching" and "Website Design Services."
