Pillar Page template recommendations

I'm (finally) building out some pillar pages.  Ideally I'd like to have a floating Table of Contents like they do here: https://www.oliveandcompany.com/blog/branding

What is your favorite pillar page Hubspot template?

We aren't using CMS or Wordpress.  This is just for a landing page.  That said, somebody on the Hubspot Solutions Partners facebook page just clued me in to the Evoque Sticky Sidebar available as a module in the Hubspot asset marketplace.  I'm buying this for the whopping $20 and seeing if it meets my needs.  Looks like it's exactly what I need without having to pay a dev.

Oh also for the TOC...is your website built on HS CMS or Wordpress? You'll have to have a little bit of CSS knowledge to be able to create something like that. It could get pretty technical.

If you're using WP, there are a few plugins that will do this for you. I'd recommend that route!
