I am new to hubspot, my client want Hubspot cookie banner and Onetrust to be integrated in one wesbite but hide the hubspot one with CSS (he need to swtich between them when time come);
@Ansima I know it's been a few months, but if you're interested, you can consider onetrust alternatives that work great with Hubspot too; and leverage all the next generation consent management that onetrust doesn't unfortunately do. For instance, take a look at Ketch if you're curious. Hope this helps!
If you integrate both the HubSpot cookie banner and Onetrust on the same website and hide the HubSpot one using CSS, Onetrust will manage the cookies initially, but HubSpot’s banner will still load in the background. When the client switches to the HubSpot banner, cookies set by Onetrust may not be managed correctly. It's important to make sure the cookie management systems are aligned to prevent conflicts.
