For Google to re-crawl your pages, these are the methods you can use this resource here.
I would recommend the steps in the "Crawl request methods" section.
For Bing, have you submitted your sitemap to Bing via Bing webmaster tools? We allow crawling from bing.

Well! There are various strategies that can help you crawl your website again. But one of the most effective methods that will allow Google to crawl your website again is by making the most of Google console.
Create your account in Google console. If already created, then just login and move to the next step. Now, start working on your sitemap.
Once it is updated, it's time to resubmit the sitemap in Google console.
