@SCustomers There are a plethora of resources online to teach you how to plan content for SEO. I partuicularly like using HubSpot's topic cluster tool paired with my own keyword research. It really helps to structure your content, make sur eyou are sticking to an umbrella theme, and optimising for SEO.
The HubSpot Academy has some great content on this but if you would like to chat about it in person, feel free to let me know and I Ccan send you my meeting link 🙂

Developing an SEO optimized content strategy involves careful planning and execution. Here are the steps to create an effective content strategy that aligns with SEO best practices:
Define your goals: Start by identifying your overall business objectives and how content can support them. Determine specific SEO goals, such as increasing organic traffic, improving search rankings, or targeting specific keywords.
Conduct keyword research: Use keyword research tools to identify relevant keywords and phrases that your target audience is searching for. Consider search volume, competition, and user intent to select keywords with the most potential.
Understand your audience: Create buyer personas to understand your target audience's demographics, interests, pain points, and search behavior. This knowledge will help you tailor your content to their needs and preferences.
Plan your content topics: Based on your keyword research and audience analysis, brainstorm a list of content topics that align with your target keywords and audience interests. Prioritize topics that have high search volume, low competition, and strong relevance to your business.
Create a content calendar: Organize your content topics into a calendar, specifying publication dates and formats (e.g., blog posts, videos, infographics). This ensures a consistent flow of content and allows for better planning and resource allocation.
Optimize on-page SEO elements: When creating content, pay attention to on-page SEO elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and keyword placement. Use relevant keywords naturally and ensure your content is well-structured and easy to read.
Create high-quality, valuable content: Focus on creating content that provides value to your audience. Make it informative, engaging, and shareable. Incorporate different media formats to appeal to different learning styles and enhance user experience.
Optimize for mobile and user experience: With the majority of internet users accessing content through mobile devices, ensure your website and content are mobile-friendly. Improve page load speed, enhance navigation, and provide a seamless user experience across devices.
Promote and distribute your content: Develop a promotion strategy to increase the visibility of your content. Leverage social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and guest posting to reach a wider audience and generate backlinks.
Monitor and analyze performance: Regularly track your content's performance using analytics tools. Monitor key metrics such as organic traffic, search rankings, engagement, and conversions. Analyze the data to identify areas for improvement and refine your content strategy accordingly.
Remember that SEO is an ongoing process, and your content strategy should be adaptable to changes in search algorithms and user behavior. Continuously monitor and refine your strategy to stay ahead of the competition and drive sustainable organic growth. I hope this will help you.
