There are so many potential answers here, but to be timely with the recent announcements about Breeze, AI can be an option to improve content marketing ROI because it will allow you to repurpose content easily into different formats and for different channels. If you're already producing content or have a library of existing content, that's the first step, especially if it's high quality. In my experience, the most effective workflows are the ones that are most aligned with your customer's journey. Yes, this is just a general best practice, but I've never been able to take one workflow and use the same process for another client. There are similarities, but it always comes back to where is the buyer in their process and what information would be most relevant for them next.
For metrics/dashboards, I highly recommend the campaigns tool to organize and report on your efforts. The marketing reports are helpful, but the campaigns tool will allow you to easily aggregate your assets, see how they are impacting conversions and engagement, and report on ROI.
