Cold email outreach

lösung

I noticed that cold email outreach doesn't work for websites with high domain authority. Are there any tips and hacks how to get backlinks from them? Maybe I should warm up an email before sending outreach email or write a cold outreach email in a special way etc?

Cold email outreach

@LGayazetdinova, cold outreach emails can be difficult as the recipients may not already know, like, and trust your brand quite yet. However, if doing a cold outreach consider providing some sort of valuable content that could help the recipient in their day-to-day role whether it is a report with rich insights, top strategies, or a how-to that dives into the specific tactics.

Providing content like this also means that the audience needs to be segmented by persona, to ensure that the messaging your sending truly resonates with the recipient.

If you have a new instance and just recently verified your domain, I would always advise warming up your IP first and sending emails to smaller audience lists little by little to build up your email sending domain repuation and get some good email deliverability rates. However, I know that HubSpot can do a dedicated IP address, where they will warm up your IP for you. Here is the link for reference.

This article also references a warm up routine that can be followed in week 1 and for the first six weeks.

Lastly for backlinks, I would reach out to those brands and discuss content collaborations with them. Whether it is you guest writing on their blog or you do a webinar together, both cases will result in them linking back to your website, while you both can expand your audience reach and generate more leads.
